Trouble signing up for 2019? FAQs

It’s a new way of signing up for 2019. Teething issues are to be expected. Here’s some common questions and step by step info on how to go about it.

Step 1. Deposit $60 into Hadfield Account.

Q: What is the $60 for?
A: This is a non-refundable deposit and guarantees the player a spot in a 2019 team.

Q: When is this due?
A: Saturday 1st December 2018

Q: What happens if I don’t pay on time?
A: A spot will not be held for the player. Teams will be entered according to confirmed numbers.

Q: What if I have decided I am not playing in 2019?
A: That’s okay. Just send us an email/text so we don’t chase you for your deposit.

Step 2. Follow the Netball Victoria link to organise VNA.

Q: What link?

Q: Why am I making two payments?
A: In past years the club has organised VNA on behalf of players, with the amount added to your invoice. Netball Victoria now asks that each player organise their own. It is now an upfront payment rather than included in your invoice.

Q: How much will this cost?
A: Junior – $56. Senior – $76

Q: I am an existing player, should I know my log in?
A: No. Click ‘don’t have a log in’ and the system will help you search for your details.

Q: What if I don’t know my VNA number?
A: Email: hadfieldnc@outlook.com or text 0407 839 465

Q: When does this have to be done by?
A: We ask this is done ASAP but no later than January 11th.

Q: What about the form?
A: Don’t worry about the form. We apologize for the confusion. All the details can be updated when you log in with Netball Victoria.
We do ask you contact the club personally if you do not wish to have your/your daughters photos taken & used on our socials.
